Mona has been working in the field of personal development and alternative healing since more than fourteen years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in public administration from the American university of Beirut, and had a successful career in the travel business. Her deep interest in the mysteries of the universe and human potential led her to change career. Her life shifted since then as she found her life purpose and passion, and established her holistic center “Harmony” in Beirut, where she offers many different courses and services for self improvement and holistic healing.

She is a success and wellness coach, holistic healing therapist and trainer. She is also trained in NLP, hypnosis, Enneagram, life coaching, Reiki, EFT, vibrational medicine, Touch for health, mind power as well as many alternative and mental techniques. Mona is a Quantum Touch instructor registered with the Quantum Touch organization in the USA, and she is the representative in Lebanon of the Self Mastery learning center of Malaysia. She believes that learning is a lifelong process, and educates herself on a continuous basis in energetic healing techniques, mind power, spirituality, and the latest personal development techniques.
Her involvement in these subjects over the past years has revealed to her some amazing discoveries about our reality and how we participate in creating it; she has seen so many positive changes in her life since then.

Mona believes every person is born with a special purpose or mission in life; she is passionate about helping and guiding others along the path to higher awareness and living life with purpose; and she is now committed to helping people discover their full potential and live a fulfilling and joyous life.
