Su Jok therapy is the last achievement of the eastern medicine. After many years of careful observation and clinical experience, Prof. Dr. Park, Jae Woo of Korea developed a new system of acupuncture using only the hands and feet to effect the same results as body acupuncture. The advantage of this system is its simplicity, safety and efficiency and the speed of response is often dramatic.

Su Jok is Korean for Hand Foot Acupuncture. Su Jok differs from classical acupuncture in that only the hands and feet are treated. It is a totally safe and effective and does not involve the removal of any clothes other than shoes and socks. Each hand and each foot represents a complete image of the body in its own right. It is a physical treatment system where points on the hands and or feet which correspond to the affected or diseased parts of the body are stimulated with various instruments, such as a probe, needles, moxa, stimulators, seeds, rings, or finger pressure, in order to effect a cure. Small magnets or stars or plant seeds with plasters can be placed on the skin for longer periods in order to stimulate or alter energy flow within the body, and bring about a change within the flow of energies in order to achieve an increased level of health. This system opens new understandings and methods to care for human health in general as well as to prevent and cure specific diseases, and provides an impressive means for health care.
